1001icqskins- if you use icq, this is definately one worth checking out. There are pop-ups on the site, but the quantity of skins make up for it.

1001winampskins- Focused solely on winampskins, this site has quite a lot of different styles. There are pop-ups but the site's easy to navigate to find the skins that you need.

Anime Skins- Anime skins mostly for win-amp. No pop-ups and well-presented. Worth a visit if you like anime.

AnySkins- A huge directory of skins (so it doesn't have any skins available--but links to sites with skins) for all sorts of programs. The site does have pop-ups, but it's fast-loading and is easy to navigate.

Desktops Unlimited- Contains all sorts of enhancements for your desktop, such as skins. Unfortunately, there are pop-ups and the design is somewhat distracting. The content does make up for it.

EzSkins- This is a fairly extensive collection of skins, with several thousand skins available. This is quite possibly the best skin site I've visited to date.

Skinz- A community-oriented skin site. Somewhat slow-loading and has pop-ups. But there is a wide-variety of skins for all sorts of media-players.
